The largest Philippine national flag carrier, Cebu Pacific (CEB) celebrates the heroism of former President Benigno (Ninoy) Aquino Jr. with a seat sale on his death anniversary. The system-wide sale will run from August 20 to 21, 2011 or until seats last, for travel from January 1 to March 14, 2012.
“Cebu Pacific is one with the nation in remembering Ninoy Aquino, and celebrating what he stood for in the Philippines,” said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.
Passengers can avail of P8.21 seats on any of CEB’s 34 domestic destinations: Bacolod, Boracay (Caticlan), Busuanga (Coron), Butuan, Calbayog, Cagayan de Oro, Catarman, Cauayan (Isabela), Cebu, Clark, Cotabato, Davao, Dipolog, Dumaguete, General Santos, Iloilo, Kalibo, Legazpi, Laoag, Manila, Naga, Ozamiz, Pagadian, Puerto Princesa, Roxas, San Jose (Mindoro), Siargao, Surigao, Tacloban, Tagbilaran, Tawi-Tawi, Tuguegarao, Virac and Zamboanga.
They may also buy P82.10 seats on any of the airline’s 16 international destinations: Bangkok, Beijing, Brunei, Busan, Guangzhou, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Incheon, Jakarta, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Osaka, Singapore, Shanghai and Taipei.
The seat sale fare is exclusive of government tax and fuel surcharge.
“CEB allocates more than 100,000 seats for this special seat sale. We first offered P1 fares in 2007, and have marked important occasions such as hero Andres Bonifacio’s birthday or President Benigno Aquino III’s proclamation with special seat sales. This gives more passengers the chance to travel on CEB’s trademark low fares,” Iyog said.
This promotion is only available via www.cebupacificair.com or through travel agents using the Amadeus global distribution system. The latest updates on seat sales are available at cebupacificair on Twitter and Cebu Pacific Air Facebook Fan Page.
Travelers can also select seats in advance and avail of CEB’s online check-in service for their travel convenience.
