The Philippines’ largest national flag carrier, Cebu Pacific (PSE:CEB) offers a 50% off seat sale to South Korea and Japan from October 11 to 12, 2011 or until seats last. This is for travel from December 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.
Passengers can buy seats at 50% off from Manila to Busan or Incheon (Seoul) in South Korea, and Osaka in Japan. CEB flies from Manila four times weekly to Busan and Osaka, and twice daily to Incheon.
For the same travel period, passengers can buy seats as low as P488 from Manila to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
Domestic seats are also up for grabs, for travel from November 15, 2011-January 31, 2012. This includes P388 seats from Cebu to Bacolod, Dumaguete or Iloilo, P488 seats from Manila to Cauayan (Isabela), Laoag, Legazpi, Naga and San Jose (Mindoro).
P588 seats are also available from Manila to Bacolod, Boracay (Caticlan), Dumaguete, Iloilo, Kalibo or Roxas, as well as from Cebu to Boracay (Caticlan). CEB offers the most number of flights to Caticlan, the gateway to popular island destination Boracay.
“We encourage passengers to travel during the winter months of South Korea and Japan, especially on CEB’s trademark low fares. CEB is the only low-cost carrier with flights from the Philippines to the 3 big countries in North Asia: China, South Korea and Japan. With these air fare savings, passengers will get to spend more at their destinations,” said Candice Iyog, CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution.
Visa applications to South Korea are free for tourists who plan to stay there for less than 30 days. There are also a lot of activities and services there for tourists with the Korea Tourism Organization’s Visit Korea Year campaign. For more information, go to http://english.visitkoreayear.com.
Guests without credit cards may also book online and pay through CEB partner banks and payment centers. Other options available to guests who will book online include the seat selector and CEB’s web check-in service. Cebu Pacific Promo
