5J397/398 MNL-Cagayan de Oro-MNL
5J205/206 CEB-Cagayan de Oro-CEB
5J625/626 MNL-Dumaguete-MNL
5J873/874 CEB-Surigao-CEB

Passengers booked in these flights may avail of any of these options for free: Rebooking/re-routing of flights within 30 days; conversion of full value of fares in a travel fund; or full refund.

Affected guests may call Cebu Pacific’s reservation numbers (02)7020-888 or (032)230-8888 for details of their preferred option.

CEB hopes for its guests' understanding as this situation is beyond the airline's control. We will continue to provide updates soon as available.
